March

On March 3, 2025, we began preparatory work. Technicians secured the construction site, and now the entire site is fenced and closed. Advertising banners for the Grmelova Residence are on the fences. Further work included stripping the topsoil, leveling the area, and graveling the surface to create a piloting plane. Subsequently, work was carried out and is still ongoing to secure height probes for connecting the sewer connection and locating existing connections of the CETIN company. Last but not least, laying panels to protect CETIN cables.

April

At the beginning of April, we are completing the piloting plane. We are doing rough backfilling and compaction to achieve the required strength and load-bearing capacity of the subsoil for the piloting rig. In the coming weeks, we will start drilling the piles and preparing for the foundation structures.
